So. Much. Win. Somewhere Jesus is smiling.
This is why people should stop putting so much faith into a book of words.

It all depends on the context. So far, all the 2011-12 team has been able to accomplish is to play good hockey for 20 minutes, and then fall apart for the next 40. Which I do believe is exemplified nicely in the title of the post: “Shitty start to the season”.
But in the context of a team from Quebec never being able to achieve anything of value, my initial comment still stands. Where as this team may continue the recent tradition of limping into the playoffs, teams of ages past (‘75-‘79 for example) managed to change the face of the game.

who the hell is “they”
I would rather believe in a magical sky fairy than that a team from quebec will ever achieve anything of value
“They” would be religious people. Sorry, thought that was self-explanatory.
Typically, if you a fan or supporter of something, you have faith that they will do well. I’m sure everyone who voted for a losing party in the recent election had faith that the party they voted for would win (at the very least in the riding that they were voting).
Lucky for you, you don’t have to believe that a team from Quebec will ever achieve anything of value. They’re already one of the most successful teams in professional sports (in North America).
